1. When the magnetic powder clutch is in an emergency stop, the residual magnetic brake is used to stop the plate. When restarting in this state, a high torque occurs in an instant due to the residual braking torque at the time of emergency stop. Solution Set the delay on so that the excitation turns on a few seconds after the brake starts to rotate.
2. When the magnetic powder in the inner working chamber of the magnetic powder clutch is unevenly distributed, opening the magnetic setting of the magnetic powder clutch will cause the magnetic powder to solidify in an unevenly distributed environment. When the magnetic powder is rotated in this state, the magnetic powder will be deteriorated, thereby generating a specific ratio. High torque. Usually, the value is less than a few percentage points of the set torque, but the value of the magnetic powder is also increased due to moisture such as water and oil. In the magnetic powder clutch stop and idling, a weak excitation of about 5 to 10% of the rated current is applied.
3. Magnetic powder clutch drive body During thermal contraction and high load operation, the thermally expanded drive body is contracted during cooling, and magnetic powder meshing occurs between the driven bodies (magnetic gap). After the operation is stopped, the shaft may not rotate in the early morning of the next day. The solution is to stop the shaft from rotating a few times after the magnetic powder clutch is stopped. If it is impossible to rotate, tap a bolt or the like to gently tap the joints and other components placed on the shaft.
